Quinnipiac University has launched a new pilot program which they’re hoping will shake up the traditional full-time work-life balance.

Julia Fullick-Jagiela, the University’s assistant professor of management, says “Employees in the pilot program will actually be given the same benefits as full-time employees, be salaried, and be paid 75 percent of what full-time workers are paid. This type of flexible work arrangement allows them to attract and recruit talent who may be looking for more work-life balance.”
