Man Killed In Stafford Crash

(Stafford, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – State Police are investigating a crash Monday night on Route 32 in Stafford that left a 55-year-old Rockville man dead.

The say it was a little after 11:30 when the 2001 Nissan Maxima driven by Mark Lambert was traveling north on Route 32 before crossing the centerline into the shoulder on the southbound side.

Troopers say the vehicle hit an embankment and rolled over, before striking a utility pole.

Lambert was partially ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
