7:50-  Jim Lenois, Plainville Fire Company, provides details on the changes to the Plainville Hot Air Balloon Festival this year.

8-9:00- Dave Daley, former Salon editor in chief and just came back to Hartford as CEO and publisher of the CT Mirror.  Daley has a new book published on Congressional redistricting and the big GOP gerrymander of 2010 and 2011, and he shares all the details with Ray.
