Winter Storm Warnings Overnight Into Wednesday: Litchfield, Hartford, Tolland, Windham Counties Read More

GLASTONBURY, Conn. (CBS Connecticut) _ A Glastonbury man arrested earlier this week for threatening to kill his wife and kids has once again been arrested by police in that town for violating a protective order.

Gregory Benway, 50, was ordered not to return to the home of his soon-to-be ex-wife and kids at 32 Wrights Ln. But he did and engaged her in a verbal confrontation.

When police arrived, Benway had fled.

He was later tracked down by police in Wethersfield and arrested.

He was in Manchester Superior Court yesterday, surety bond set at $10,000.
