BRISTOL, Conn. (CBS Connecticut) _ A 27-year-old Bristol man is dead in a pedestrian versus vehicle crash in Bristol on Friday night.

Police say Ronald Perille, Jr. was walking across the street around 9:24 p.m. in the area of 611 Wolcott Road (Route 69) when he was struck by a vehicle driven by Sara Hubeny, 31, of Terryville.

Perille had just parked his car on the other side of the street and was hit by Hubeny, driving a 2010 Mercedes Benz. Perille’s 2009 Cadillac CTS was not damaged.

He was taken to Bristol Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Hubeny was not injured. No charges have been filed at this point in the investigation.
