Farmington Police Search For Shoplifting Suspect

Farmington, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – Police in Farmington are looking for a man who has apparently made it a habit of stealing from a store in the Westfarms Mall.

They say the suspect has hit the Lenscrafters store three times in the last couple of months.

The latest incident occurred June 20 when police say the man took two pair of Oakley sunglasses, concealed them in his pants, and walked out without paying.

Detectives say they think the same person is behind thefts at the store on April 9 and 10.

Their suspect is a white male, about five-foot-nine, 300 pounds, balding, with brown hair.

Anyone with any information is asked to get in touch with Farmington police at (860) 675-2400 or (860) 675-2483.
