Second Arrest Made In Simsbury Shooting

Simsbury Police have made a second arrest in an armed robbery and shooting at the Wolcott Woods condo complex.

Twenty-eight year-old Jevon Collins is charged with accessory to assault, conspiracy to commit robbery, and threatening.

Police say the shooting took place during a drug deal involving marijuana.

Officers previously arrested 20-year-old Alexander Rivera of Hartford on charges including assault and robbery.

The shooting victim survived.
