Police Release Rendering Of Suspect In Burglary, Assault

(CBS Connecticut)  — Police in Plainville are asking the public’s help in identifying a suspect who burglarized a home on Burnside Avenue last month and assaulted the woman living there.

They released a composite rendering showing a tanned white man in his fifties, about six feet tall and of average build.  The woman told police he had unkempt hair and a brown-and-gray beard extending past his chin.  He wore a baggy green button-down shirt and baggy khaki pants.

Anyone with any information about the suspect is asked to call Detective David Posadas or Sergeant Nicholas Mullins,  (860) 747-1616.
