Purse-Snatcher Sought In Farmington

FARMINGTON, Conn. (CBS Connecticut) _ Farmington police are asking the public’s help in a May 21 purse-snatching of an elderly woman in her garage.

Police say the woman, in her 70s, called around 9:21 p.m. that night reporting a man dressed all in black walked into her garage, stole her purse, then took off.

Witnesses claim to have seen a man and woman in the area shortly before the incident.

Less than an hour later, the elderly woman’s credit card was used at the TA Truck Stop in Southington. The female suspect is pictured. A male was with her in the vehicle.
