2 Injured In Wallingford Crash

(Wallingford, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – Two people were injured in a late Tuesday night accident in Wallingford.

Officers say the accident occurred at Cook Hill Road near the intersection Deer Run road just after 11 p.m.

A car driven by 52-year-old Karen Boughton-Michaud collided with a vehicle driven by 51-year-old Saida Safyane.

Both Boughton-Michaud of Wallingford Safyane, also of Wallingford, were taken to Yale-New Haven Hospital.

They’re being treated for serious injuries and listed in stable condition.

Investigators say Boughton-Michaud’s vehicle was traveling west on Cook Hill when it collided with Safyane’s vehicle.
