HARTFORD (CBS Connecticut) _ While one playground was opening in Stamford at West Beach over the weekend in memory of Sandy Hook victim Jesse Lewis, a playground in Hartford’s Elizabeth Park for victim Ana Grace Marquez-Greene was vandalized.

The sign was spray-painted with the letters “BEKS” with a peace sign and then the words “To Sandy Hook.”

It has been scrubbed clean.

Hartford police are investigating.
