(Glastonbury, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – Glastonbury police say they’re charging two men after one allegedly struck the other in the head with a flashlight.
They say the incident occurred just after three o’clock this morning.
Officers responded to a report of a man bleeding from the head following an altercation.
They say 57-year-old Andrew Casella struck 46-year-old Michael Sylvester.
Police did not indicate what the two were fighting over.
Both men reside at the same Hubbard Drive residence.
They have charged Cassella with assault, disorderly conduct, and interfering with an emergency call and set bond at $75,000.
Sylvester is charged with disorderly conduct and is free on a written promise to appear.
Both are due in court today.
