Passenger Growth Continues At BDL

WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn. (CBS Connecticut) _ Year-over-year passenger growth continues at Bradley International Airport.

In number released Friday, January was the fifth straight month of growth with a 9 percent increase over Jan. 2013.

This comes after September (1 percent), October (4 percent), November (3 percent) and December (20 percent) all showed gains.

The Connecticut Airport Authority’s John Wallace credits additional route offerings and airport improvements.

Overall, passenger growth was up one percent in 2013 over 2012.
