WEST HAVEN, Conn. (AP) – Connecticut fire officials now say three people have died in an early morning fire at a condominium complex in West Haven.
Firefighters responded to the Mallard Brook Crossing complex on Coleman Street at about four a.m. Tuesday.
West Haven officials initially said one person died and two were taken to a hospital with injuries.
But authorities now say the two people taken to the hospital have died.
Authorities haven’t released the victims’ names.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
