NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (CBS Connecticut) _ Chaos at Central Connecticut State University on Tuesday.

Dozens waited in line in the cold since early in the morning to try and get a ticket to get a peak at the President when he visits Wednesday afternoon.

Those who got orange tickets were guaranteed a spot when they were handed out in the late afternoon, but many with a blue ticket or no ticket were just hoping for a spot inside when the few empty seats were filled.

The President will be talking up minimum wage Wednesday afternoon around 2:40 p.m. in a speech you can hear live in its entirety on WTIC Newstalk 1080.
