Fairfield, Conn. (CBS Connecticut) – Commuters will get an opportunity tonight to hear and address Connecticut’s transportation commissioner about the beleaguered Metro North rail line.
James Redeker is expected to be on hand when the Connecticut Citizens Transportation Lobby meets tonight in Fairfield.
Those with the lobby say the last year for the rail line has been “horrible”.
There have been derailments, collisions, power failures, reports of commuters riding cold cars, and late running trains.
The meeting takes place at the Pequot Library in Southport at 7:30 p.m.
