Norwich Police Arrest One Of Puerto Rico’s Most Wanted

HARTFORD (CBS Connecticut) — One of Puerto Rico’s Ten Most Wanted was picked up in Norwich Monday during a traffic stop.  Police say 24-year-old Pedro Salcedo is wanted in Puerto Rico on attempted murder and domestic abuse charges. He’s charged in Connecticut as a fugitive from justice and interfering with police.     His bond was set at $1.5 million.
