8:20- Richard Vedder, an adjunct scholar at the American Enterprise Institute, is the director of Center for College Affordability and Productivity and a teacher at Ohio University will be on with Ray.  Administrator Hiring Drove a 28% Boom in Higher-Ed Work Force, Report Says.  Vedder and Ray talk about this.
