Lockdowns Lifted At Middletown Schools

(Middletown, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – Police in Middletown say two school went into a modified lockdown this morning.

Officials say a report of a suspicious incident at Middletown High School prompted the action.

In addition, as a precaution, Keigwin Middle School was is put into a modified lockdown.

Both lockdowns have since been removed and police say any threat alleviated.

The incident is under investigation.
