HEBRON, Conn. (CBS Connecticut) _ State police are investigating the death of an 18-year-old in a car crash Wednesday morning. Garrett Campen, of Andover, was a senior at RHAM High School.

He was driving south on Route 316 near the Hebron-Andover town line a little after 9:30 a.m. when his car spun, slid and hit a pair of trees.
