Homes Sought For Hartford Cats

(Hartford, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – Hartford police say nearly four dozen cats found living in squalor in a Bannister Street home last Friday are in need of new permanent homes.

The felines were found along with two birds when officers conducted a welfare check and found a man dead inside.
