Armed Robbery In Rocky Hill Leads To Car Chase

ROCKY HILL, Conn. (CBS Connecticut) – What started as an armed robbery at the Forest Park apartment complex on West Street in Rocky Hill around 11:27 p.m. last night led to a police chase

First, two victims were robbed at gunpoint by two black men with at least one gun. The suspects described as 6-feet tall, wearing black or brown jackets and black hats.

The men fled in a black Volvo that was spotted by a Rocky Hill police officer turning onto I-91 North. They followed the vehicle and Connecticut State Police were notified.

The Volvo was later found abandoned along Route 2 in Glastonbury and the suspects were gone. Police continue to investigate. There were no reported of injuries.
