The Connecticut State Police have graduated their 123rd training troop.  Police say the 83 new troopers,  who started training last June,  now report to their assignments, where they will complete their training with field training troopers.

Retiring Commissioner of the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection Reuben Bradfird swore in the new troopers and Governor Dannel Malloy gave the keynote address He thanked the graduates and their families for their sacrifices and support.
