What are the standards by which the DECD doles out loans? Whether there is cronyism involved or gross incompetence, taxpayers deserve an independent legislative review of all the 1,800 loans approved under the SBE program.”
8:50- Steven Rich, is the database editor for the investigative unit at The Washington Post. He’s worked on investigations involving housing, veterans issues, cartels and government oversight. A native of the Philadelphia area, he earned a Master’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri in 2013 and a Bachelor’s from Virginia Tech in 2011. Rich will speak with Ray about the NSA seeking to build quantum computer that could crack most types of encryption.
