Governor’s Storm Briefing

Governor Malloy says non-essential state employees should show up for work at 9:30 a.m. Friday,  after the worst of the current storm has passed.  He spoke during a 5:00 p.m. briefing at the Armory Thursday, after dismissing state workers early on a staggered schedule, to ease congestion at parking lots and on the highways.

The governor called it “a regular New England storm,” and said his biggest concern is the cold temperatures in the forecast.
