Marlborough Man Arrested For Throwing Party That Led To Fatal Teen Crash

Two arrests have been made in a fatal crash in Hebron over the summer where a RHAM High School senior was killed.

Paul Sibiga, 50, has been arrested on 28 counts each of reckless endangerment and permitting a minor to illegally possess liquor after he hosted a party in the woods at his North Parker Road home in Marlborough in August where some 28 minors were drinking.

After the party, a 17-year-old driving a pick-up truck, drunk, went speeding into a tree on West Street in Hebron, killing 17-year-old passenger, popular RHAM cheerleader Paige Houston, who was ejected from the vehicle.

Along with Sibiga, the driver was also arrested on a number of charges including manslaughter.
