Bristol police are hoping to hear from any witnesses to a two-car accident just before 9:00 p.m. Tuesday.

Police say a vehicle driven by 22-year-old Jose Cruz of Bristol was eastbound on Farmington Avenue, Route 6,  when he attempted to turn left onto Burlington Avenue.  His Honda collided with a Cadillac Deville driven by 75-year-old David Davio of Middlebury.

Davio suffered a leg injury and declined treatment,  but his passenger,  78-year-old Virginia Davio suffered head and chest injuries and was taken to a hospital.  22-year-old Orlando Augustine,  the front-seat passenger in the other vehicle,  suffered a head injury and also was taken to a hospital.

Police harged Cruz with operating a vehicle without a license,  drunk driving, and making a restricted turn.  Anyone who saw the accident is asked to call Bristol police at (860) 584-3032.
