Numerous sources are reporting that Michigan State Defensive Coordinator Pat Narduzzi has turned down an offer to become the next head football coach at UConn.

Narduzzi reportedly told UConn athletic Director Warde Manuel Wednesday that he would not accept the job. It is being speculated that Ball State Head Coach Pete Lembo is now the leading candidate to replace Paul Pasqualoni who was fired after four games this season.
