New Haven Police Have “Person of Interest” In Yale Threat; Hope To Talk To Potential Witness
(CBS Connecticut) -- New Haven Police say they have a person of interest in last month’s telephone threat to Yale University, and also are hoping to speak to a witness who may have more information in the case.
Police say the person of interest in the Nov. 25 threat is currently in custody on outstanding warrants not related to the Yale case. They are not releasing that information at this time.
As police continue to investigate, they hope to speak to a woman they believe may be a witness. They released two images of her from a surveillance camera in the 300 block of Columbus Avenue. Police ask her to get in touch with detectives, (203) 946-6304.
