More Fallout From Test Cheating At Hartford School

The principal at the Betances Early Reading Lab – Immacula Didier – and a literary coach – Linda Liss-Bronstein – have been placed on administrative leave while a investigation is conducted into test-fixing on the reading portion of third-graders Connecticut Mastery Tests this past spring.

Interim principal Delores Cole is currently running the school that focuses on reading for pre-school students through third grade.

A recent law firm probe confirmed there was alterations made on the state-issued tests.

Reprotedly, Didier, Liss-Bronstein and a janitor were the only ones with access to a closet where the tests were stored and the janitor says he never went in the storage room and simply has a key for emergency purposes.
