A Brigeport man is facing charges after state police say he made a threat to the state attorney general’s office.
Thirty-seven-year-old Daniel Brown is charged with threatening and breach of peace.
Investigators say late Thursday afternoon, Brown spoke with Assistant Attorney General Sandra Arenas-Charles, complaining he was not given the assistance he’d requested.
That’s when Brown allegedly said he would do what had been done earlier in the day at a Tennessee U.S. Navy base, where two National Guardsman were shot.
The call was traced and Brown was later picked up at his home.
He’s being held on $10,000 bond pending arraignement today.
