The driver of a school van in Connecticut is under arrest on sexual assault and child endangerment charges involving a teenage girl.
Leo King, 64, of Brooklyn, is accused repeated assault of a 15-year-old mentally challenged girl from Sept. 2012 through Dec. 2012.
King transported the girl to and from her school in Brooklyn, she’s from Tolland County and reportedly has a number of mental ailments. autism,
King has been sued by the girls family and the suit claims that he told the girl if she told anyone about the assaults, she’d end up in a mental hospital.
Also named in the suit is EastConn – the regional education center in Hampton that provides the van service.
King’s been released on $75,000 bail and is due in court next Oct. 23.
