Police Bust Marijuana Growing Operation

Farmington Police, acting on a tip  from Southington Police  found a marijuana growing operation at a home at 44 Two Mile Road Wednesday afternoon.

Officers  found large quantities of  marijuana that had been cut and were   strewn about the residence in various stages  of processing and packaging for resale.

68 year old  Bruce Bisi was taken into custody without incident and  has been charged with Possession  of Marijuana,Operating  a Drug  factory,Cultivating Marijuana,Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana  with Intent to Sell.Bisi is being held on $25,000 bond.

In the area in the back of the home  Officers found  at least 15 mature marijuana plants.It is  believed there was more than 5 pounds of usable marijuana.
