Naugatuck Convenience Store Robbed at Knife-Point

Naugatuck police responded to an armed robbery at the “Shop and Save” convenience store on Spencer Street just after 9am Saturday.

Authorities say the suspect threaten the clerk with a knife, stole money and fled to a get-away vehicle on Lewis Street.

The man is described as white, 5ft 7in to 5ft 10in tall, wearing a black long sleeve shirt, dark pants, a black hat and sun glasses.

The vehicle the suspect fled in may have been a Black Toyota.

The driver is described as white with dark curly hair.
