Governor Malloy is asking Connecticut residents, schools and churches to ring bells Wednesday at 3:00 p.m.,  as part of the nationwide commemoration of the 50th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream” speech on the Washington Mall.

Malloy says the effort,  part of the “Let Freedom Ring” celebration,  will remind residents not to forget that “the fight for equal opportunity, equal justice and an equal voice in our democracy never ends.”
