Three Arrested In Connection With Body Found In Suffield

Hartford police say three suspects are under arrest in connection with discovery of a body in Suffield Friday.  The body, found in a duffle bag,  has been identified as 56-year-old Peter Boateng of Hartford.  Police say he had been killed at 171 South Marshal Street in Hartford earlier this month and his body dumped in Suffield.

Police arrested 34-year-old Jose Rodriquez on charges of murder,  conspiracy to commit murder and hindering prosecution.  His bond was set at a million dollars.  45-year-old Anthony Hudson of murder is charged with accessory to commit murder and conspiracy to commit murder. His bond was set at three-quarters million dollars  28-year-old Meghan Cowles is charged with hindering prosecution and held in lieu of three-quarter million dollars.  All three are charged with tampering with physical evidence .
