East Hartford Man Ordered To Testify In Hernandez Case

A Hartford Superior Court Judge this morning ordered an East Hartford man who says he was shot by former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez to appear in court in Massachusetts later this month.  The judge ordered Alexander Bradley to appear before the Massachuetts grand jury investigating Hernandez.

Bradley,  who had been issued an interstate subpoena,  had argued he had a medical appointment in Florida,  where the shooting took place.

Judge Joan Alexander  told Bradley he could go to Florida,  but must return for the July 17 Massachusetts appearance.

Bradley is out on bond facing assault, burglary and other charges in a Hartford case.
