Arrest In Deadly Bristol Party Stabbing

An arrest has been made in a killing that took place in Bristol before dawn this morning.

Police say when they arrived at a home on Lincoln Street, a person on the second floor yelled that someone was dead.

Inside the doorway, police found a man who had been stabbed in the neck.

His name was Jerry Duncan, he lived around the corner on Burlington Avenue.

He died at Bristol Hospital.

Police say there had been a party on the second floor porch of the Lincoln Street home.

During the gathering, police say Duncan was stabbed by a resident of the party house, Jeffrey Hall.  Hall is charged with murder.
