Overnight Armed Robbery in Bristol

Last night at approximately 11:03 p.m., Bristol police responded to 104 Stafford Ave., the 7-Star convenient store for a burglary.

When officers arrived they spoke to the complainant – Omair Shalo – who stated that when he was closing the store and walked out of the business he was met by two men. One of the men put a gun to his head and the other had a bat and struck him in the arm and leg and knocked him to the ground. The males took his money bag containing $9,500 cash.

The area was searched by police and a police dogm but the suspects could not be found. The victim was taken to Bristol Hospital with minor injuries.

The suspect are described as dressed completely in black including black mask covering their entire faces. One of them was thin and the other was large with a muscular build.
