Security Heightened at Middletown School

There will be an added police presence at Middletown’s Woodrow Wilson Middle School today as police investigate a threat made by a student there against the middle school community.

A letter was sent out Sunday night by Middletown Schools Superintendent Dr. Patricia Charles informing parents of the heightened security, but assuring them that school will open as normal.

The investigation is ongoing. No charges have been filed at this time against the unidentified student.
