Police Release Security Photos In Jewelry Heist

Fairfield Police have released some security camera photos from outside the Lenox Jewelry Store on Black Rock Turnkpike during a robbery there several weeks ago.  (See images)

Police say there is no video surveillance inside the store.

They’re asking anyone with any information about the crime to call Fairfield detectives at (203)254-4840.

More than $4 million worth of jewelry was stolen from the store April 11 when four or five men in masks broke into a Meriden home,  bound and gagged four people, including the store manager.  Two of them took the manager and another employee to the store in the manager’s BMW while one or two accomplices stayed in Meriden with the other victims.
