UConn’s Olander Arrested While On Spring Break

UConn men’s basketball junior forward Tyler Olander, 20, of Storrs, was arrested and charged with trespassing while in Florida on Spring Break.

He spent some time in a Bay County jail early Thursday morning before being released. He’s scheduled to appear in Bay County court today.

Details of his trespassing aren’t yet known.

It’s the second arrest of a UConn men’s basketball player in a little over a month after Enosch Wolf was arrested by campus police in Storrs Feb. 11 in a domestic altercation with a female. Wolf was suspended from the team indefinitely at that time.

The school and program have yet to comment on Olander’s case.
