Pair of Vernon Residents Arrested on Cocaine Charges

The East Central Narcotics Task Force arrested a pair of Vernon residents on cocaine charges Tuesday.

Herald Rodriguez, 47, and Jennifer Bazzano, 41, were arrested at their 55 School St. home for possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of both within 1500 feet of a school.

Both had bond set at $5,000.

Rodriguez was also served with an outstanding warrant from Manchester police for possession and sale of cocaine, that bond is set $100,000.
