Torrington police say a  39-year-old Torrington school bus driver is under arrest after she had been found to have had sex with a 17 year old male student.

Police say that while the incident took place in Torrington,  it did not take place on a bus,  and did not happen while the driver, Tina Scapin, was on the job.  Police say the records have been sealed, and no details are being released.
