92-year-old Dies After Shelton Crash

A 92-year-old man has died after a traffic crash this morning.

Police say at 9:30, the Shelton resident was pulling out of a driveway on Walnut Tree Hill Road, when his Honda collided with a Mazda driven by a 24-year-old.

Police say the older man had no visible injuries when he was taken out of his car, and he was sepaking with people after the crash.  He was taken to the hospital when he said he felt chest pains.  He later died at the hospital.

The younger driver of the other car suffered suffered minor injuries.

The crash is still under investigation.
