The University of Connecticut Athletics Department says Plano, Texas, quarterback is the 23rd member of the recruiting class to sign a National Letter of Intent to enroll at UConn.

Richard Lagow,  who is six-foot-six, 213 pounds passed for 1,968 yards  his senior year with eight touchdowns,  and 1,653 yards as a junior,  with thirteen touchdowns.  He was 109 for 182 passing as a senior and 119 for 221 as a junior.

He was named to the 2012 All-District 10-5A first team at Plano.
