Frustrated Resident Waves Shotgun At Plow Operators

A Middletown man is being arraigned on charges of threatening, reckless endangerment, and breach of peace after police say he waved a shotgun at the plow river who plowed snow back onto his property.

The office who responded says 56-year-old James Bankowski acknowleged grabbing his 10-gauge, double-barrelled shotgun and yelling at commercial plow operators working  at the Knoll Crest Condos  to stop plowing snow onto his property.

Bankowski told the  officer he never actually intended to he never intended to shoot anyone,  but was using the shotgun to get his point across.
