The Eastern Connecticut Health Network says Manchester Hospital was locked downThursday afternoon. A spokesman says what was considered a credible threat was directed against a hospital employee, and the lockdown was initiated according to procedure. It was lifted after about an hour and 15 minutes following a Manchester Police investigation.
