Norwich Police called to the scene of an accident on North Main Street Sunday night found a vehicle had run into a business there,   causing extensive damage to both exterior and interior walls.  The driver had left the scene.

When local police and the State Police K-9 team found the operator nearby,  they learned he had stab wounds to his abdomen and neck.  The wounds,  which were not considered life-threatening had apparently been suffered in a brawl at the High Noon Saloon on West Main Street earlier.
