Broken Water Pipe Closes High School

In addition to weather-related school schedule changes,  mostly early dismissals called in to the WTIC Storm Center, a different kind of problem prompted Hartford Public School authorities to cancel classes Monday.

A school spokesman says a problem with a broken water pipe led to flooding at the University High School of Science and Engineering a 351 Mark Twain Drive.
